AWAKE IS HERE TO HELP...

AWAKE will be offering a scholarship for students of AWAKE members to participate in an honors choir sponsored by MKMEA or OAKE. The scholarship amount will be a maximum of $100 and awarded on recommendation of the student’s music teacher.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR SCHOLARSHIPS?
At the present time, AWAKE only offers this scholarship opportunity for AWAKE, MKMEA and
OAKE sponsored honors choirs, it is the hopes of AWAKE to be able to fulfill the words of Zoltán Kodály of
“Music for every child” in the future. As the scholarship fund increases, AWAKE hopes to be able to offer
this scholarship opportunity to AWAKE member’s students to participate in ANY honors choir.
